Recently, Furui Energy Service has successfully put into operation another LNG plant with a daily output of 100000 cubic meters, which is the third set of liquefaction unit put into operation in 2022, which makes the daily natural gas processing capacity of Furui energy service reach 750000 cubic meters / day.
Under the strategic guidance of Furui special equipment headquarters and in accordance with the production and operation objectives set at the beginning of the year, Furui energy service team has carried out the project in a down-to-earth manner, conscientiously implemented the project, continuously summarized experience and lessons, and accumulated successful incubation mode. The commissioning of the project is a vivid embodiment of Furui Energy Service's independent design, process package application and scientific and efficient project management. Since the project was established on April 27, 2022, it overcame many difficulties. It has successively completed the procedures for approval, equipment manufacturing and delivery, on-site construction in high temperature and rainy weather, strict approval and filing of special equipment, cross operation, monthly strict management of safety production activities, and high standard acceptance by the owner, etc. until July 18, 2022, the well was successfully opened and debugged on February 25, 2027.
The project approval team has accumulated the experience of communication with local government departments in Chongqing in the early stage, fully solved the concerns of the competent government departments, and made detailed reports on production safety, environmental impact assessment, energy review, occupational health and health assessment, closely met the actual needs of the project, and answered the doubts of government departments. The project construction shall be closely combined with the goal of local economic development, and the local government shall attach great importance to the project, and obtain various government replies and expert review opinions required by the project in less than two months, so as to provide strong guarantee for the legal construction and operation of the project.
At the beginning of the project, FURUI GORUP equipment headquarters and Furui Energy Service staff worked together to fight against epidemic disease and production, overcome difficulties and complete equipment delivery on schedule.
This summer, the extreme temperature in Chongqing is still high, which coincides with the "safety production month" in June every year. The local government, owners and other management units put forward new management standards and requirements for the installation and construction of the project. With the support of the leaders of the company, the project team strictly manages all the participating units and all the construction personnel, manages the whole process of temporary power consumption, hot work, climbing operation, hoisting operation, purging and pressure test operation, and strictly implements the system of special person monitoring and operation ticket signing and approval, so as to achieve the safety construction management goal of "zero safety accident".
The owner has organized 46 experts from 6 batches to conduct on-site inspection. Before well opening and commissioning, the project team organized all professional construction personnel to rectify all the rectification items proposed by the expert group, which was highly praised by the owner, and basically realized the construction goal of model station of LNG project.
The project has short cycle and fast production, which fully reflects the industrial chain advantages of FURUI GORUP clean energy. Mature process package, standardized project delivery, institutionalized and stylized project management standards. The smooth operation of the third LNG project of Furui Energy Service in Sichuan and Chongqing provides an important guarantee for Furui Energy Service to achieve the annual production and operation objectives and tasks, and provides strong support for Furui Energy Service's next business model.
