From June 14th to 15th, 2024, the LNG ISO tank container manufactured by Zhangjiagang Furui CIT Co., Ltd. were successfully delivered to the America and Southeast Asia. 45 units of 40ft ISO tank containers were delivered to two projects, of which were used for the storage and transportation of LNG. With the intensification of the global greenhouse effect, the global demand for clean energy is growing. The LNG tank containers play a role as the virtual pipeline, which is convenient for transporting the liquefied natural gas to the places lacking of natural gas pipelines, bringing customers an environmentally friendly, efficient and clean energy solution.
Both two projects commenced after the Spring Festival, with tight delivery schedules, substantial tasks and high technical standards. With the collaborative efforts of several departments including the technical department, the production department, the procurement department, the quality inspection department, the project was successfully completed with a series of tasks including design, testing, manufacturing and inspection, ensuring the on-time delivery. From the technical pointwise, we adhere to the design philosophy of large volume, light weight, high strength, reliable structure and marine-grade corrosion resistance, utilizing high-end materials for the board. The efficient and clear process of loading and unloading ensures the long holding time. From the manufacturing pointwise, the manufacturing experiences of thousands of ISO tank containers and hundreds of senior technicians, we continuously optimize the manufacturing process to make the assembly line more efficient and rational. From the equipment pointwise, we possess advanced manufacturing equipment such as high-efficiency cutting machines, automatic welding machines, double-layer heating and vacuum pumping rooms and the multi-head vacuum pumping units. From the execution pointwise, all aspects of the project's technical design, production and manufacturing, quality inspection, and project management are carried out in accordance with a strict management system. All members of the project team maintain our company's consistently rigorous attitude, ensuring the product quality from controlling the details and maintaining the safety and quality.
