One of the standout features of LNG cryogenic valves is their spring preloaded valve seat structure. This design effectively addresses the challenge of balancing sealing performance with operational torque, ensuring a tight seal while maintaining ease of operation. Additionally, the valve stem packing incorporates a disc spring pre-tightening structure, which enhances the reliability of the seal and reduces the risk of leakage, a critical factor in cryogenic applications.

For instance, holes are strategically punched on the bracket to ensure proper connection between the extended section and the middle cavity, eliminating potential hidden risks. Furthermore, pressure relief holes at the upstream end of the sphere help manage pressure within the middle cavity, preventing over-pressurization and ensuring safe operation.

 

To meet stringent industry standards, LNG cryogenic valves undergo rigorous quality control measures. All pressure-bearing welds are subjected to 100% radiographic inspection, ensuring the highest level of integrity and reliability. The use of high-strength grade 2 studs for the middle cavity pressure fastener further enhances safety by providing precise control over the pre-tightening force of the gasket, ensuring a secure and leak-free connection.
