Products Involved:The wellhead of this project is a typical high-pressure, high-sulfur natural gas wellhead. Its characteristics impose extremely stringent requirements on hydrogen sulfide corrosion protection, wellhead safety and emergency management systems, as well as natural gas leakage prevention measures. FURUI Energy Service serves as the EPC contractor and is responsible for operational services.
Project Introduction:On January 21, 2025, this project was successfully commissioned. Furui Energy Service employed its self-developed process package to efficiently and scientifically treat high-sulfur natural gas with a wellhead pressure of up to 62 MPa. Emphasizing environmental protection and resource recovery, Furui Energy Service implemented an effective sulfur recovery process for the acid gas separated during the desulfurization process, reducing environmental pollution while achieving secondary resource utilization. The treated, qualified natural gas is now continuously supplied to the urban gas pipeline network, providing clean and reliable energy for local residents and businesses.
