FRES, an advanced enterprise in natural gas liquefaction processing services, is characterized by its modern production workshop, where a series of modular liquefaction plant units catch the eye. These seemingly ordinary carbon steel frames actually embody FRESs' years of profound technical accumulation and innovative wisdom. The design concept of these modules is to ingeniously divide the processes such as decarbonization, dehydration, refrigerant compression, and natural gas liquefaction according to their functions, and pre-manufacture and install them in the factory, then assemble and connect them on-site like building blocks. This compresses the usual construction period from six months or longer to 3-4 months or even shorter, and it is convenient for transportation, quick to install, and has the advantage of being dismantled and reused.

The core processes of the modular liquefaction plant all adopt FRESs' proprietary process package, covering various key units such as wellhead gas gathering, natural gas desulfurization, dehydration and purification, refrigerant compression, natural gas liquefaction, and loading, as well as supporting sulfur gas desulfurization and recovery, gas-fired power generation, thermal oil furnace, instrument air, and emergency fire-fighting systems. This complete process chain ensures that natural gas is efficiently and safely treated from the wellhead to liquefaction.

It is worth mentioning that the modular liquefaction plant of FRES has reached the international advanced level in terms of automation. The entire system design adopts advanced domestic DCS integrated control technology, which can comprehensively monitor and control process parameters, safety indicators, video surveillance, fire alarms, toxic gas alarms, and other systems. This not only greatly improves production efficiency and reduces the need for manual intervention but also greatly enhances the safety and stability of the plant.

This rapid construction model has enabled FRES to quickly establish itself in the domestic market and has attracted the attention and cooperation of many overseas projects. However, the success of the enterprise did not come overnight. Before the transformation, the enterprise also faced development bottlenecks.

In the past, small and medium-sized natural gas well development projects were mostly purchased and built by customers themselves. However, due to the complex geological and technical conditions, high investment did not necessarily bring long-term stable returns, leading to frequent conflicts of interest between buyers and sellers in equipment usage. Faced with this dilemma, the enterprise decided to change its strategy from simple equipment sales to providing comprehensive services.

The enterprise began to independently research and develop devices, build teams, and operate factories, targeting the pain points of customers, overlaying products and services, integrating advanced manufacturing technology and service concepts, and providing customers with one-stop solutions. This not only reduces the investment risk for customers but also improves project operational efficiency.

Energy operation services have become the fastest-growing business area of the entire group, leading with an average annual growth rate of over 50%.
