In this April, Furui CIT team's trip to Japan and the Wärtsilä Suppliers Day were successfully concluded. Such activities are good opportunities for Furui to consolidate cooperative relationship with customers and winning the honor of "Supplier Awards" not only reflects Furui's customer service concept of "Stand Together through Thick and Thin", but also highlight the company's determination and achievements in the continuous development and growth of clean energy equipment over the years.
From the beginning of the rise of LNG powered vessels, to the appearance of spurt growth, as a specialized manufacturer of low-temperature pressure vessels, Furui CIT has invested countless amounts in the R&D of LNG equipment in the shipping industry, and continues to promote the development of the industry. Furui already has rich experience in the manufacture of single and double-wall LNG, LNH3, methanol and other clean fuel storage tanks and gas supply systems, adhering to the high-end and upper-level strategy, and products in various ship types, especially luxury cruise ships have mature applications. For this, naturally inseparable from the trust of customers, which Furui is also using practical actions to repay.
On April 8, the project, marketing and technical team started a trip to Japan and visited Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd., Mitsui & Co., Sumitomo Corporation and Nippon Steel.
On the one hand, both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on existing projects such as Marine fuel tanks and liquefied air energy storage, and reached a lot of consensus. They expressed that the quality and delivery time of relevant projects of Furui have significant advantages in the industry;
On the other hand, both sides openly shared the market conditions and technical issues in the field of liquid carbon dioxide and other segments, injecting confidence in future cooperation.
On April 16, Furui CIT was honored with the Invitation to participate in the Wärtsilä Suppliers Day and was awarded the title of "Supplier Awards" in Asia.
Wärtsilä is a powerful and influential company in marine power modules, leading the way in energy transformation and sustainable development over 100 years. Now, Furui CIT has become the world's leading supplier of gas supply systems (FGSS), has been fully recognized by Mitsubishi and Wärtsilä and other leading companies, will also stand at the industrial forefront , and join hands with aspiring partner to sail for the next century, adding color to the Maritime Silk Road.
At present, with the further deepening of the global net-zero concept, Furui CIT has begun to lay out LCO2 storage and transportation equipment, and will fully support the middle link of the carbon capture, storage and utilization (CCUS) chain.
Furui CIT has always focused on marine and land storage tanks and relevant pipeline systems for liquefied fuel gas and industrial gas, and is committed to building a "low-temperature virtual pipeline network" for sea and land transportation of liquefied gas. In the related products of the industrial chain, the storage tank and module skid in the upstream and container, road tank, and large marine liquid cargo transport tank become the "blood vessels", and the clean energy fuel tank acts as the "heart" to transport "green nutrients" for the earth.
Customers said that the brand effect of Furui is becoming stronger and has formed a good reputation in the European market. It means that Furui has come to the state of "wine is not afraid of the alley deep", and strive to achieve higher level.
The continuous deepening of the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" policy makes the seemingly ordinary storage tank contain the future of energy. From steel plate selection, to welding process development, to pipeline system integration and intelligent application, it is necessary to actively improve quality and efficiency and constantly cultivate "new quality productive forces". At present, 80% of the global trade is completed by shipping, green and low-carbon has become the inevitable trend, the proportion of green power ships in the world's new orders has exceeded 50%, of which LNG has become the first choice. By 2025, the international market share of China of green ships such as LNG and methanol will also be stable at more than 50%.
In the future, there is a broad space for green power, and it will create a net-zero emission prospect together with decarbonization technology, so that the global industry will glow with new vitality.
